We don’t apply seasonal rates — prices remain the same all year round. From time to time we publish special offers.
Which payment methods do you accept? Payments
Bank transfer or cash. We don’t accept cards. To confirm a booking we request a 20% deposit; the balance is due 3 weeks before arrival.
What is your cancellation policy? Cancellations
If the guest withdraws, the following fees apply (we recommend travel-cancellation insurance):
- Up to 120 days before arrival: 20% of the rental price.
- 119–60 days: 30% of the rental price.
- 59–30 days: 70% of the rental price.
- 30–21 days: 80% of the rental price.
- 20–14 days: 90% of the rental price.
- 13 days or fewer: 100% of the rental price.
The guest may propose substitute persons for the stay.
Do you offer long-stay discounts? Discounts
Yes, we apply a 10% discount for stays of 4 weeks or longer.
